Develop and implement the legal framework, organisational and business model for the UR partner organisation

 

Urban Renaissance is a concept developed by Except Integrated Sustainability. The Urban Renaissance Foundation is a partner network of 14 organisations from different disciplines that aim to market and apply the Urban Renaissance concept in urban development of neighborhoods, cities and regions.

 

MABS worked in a tandem with the UR manager. The UR manager was responsible for the operational goals and tasks, whereas MABS was responsible for the setup of the UR partner organisation.

 

– MABS developed the legal framework and registered the legal entity, including drafting the charter and regulations;

 

– Designed and implemented the organisational model, tasks, roles and responsibilities of the new organisation;

– Assisted in the appointment of board members and appointed organisational team members;

– Managed and facilitated the ambition and strategy development;

– Developed the communication plan and assisted in the organisation of the partner kick-off event;

– Managed the project organisation, tasks, budget, deliverables and timeline;

– Assisted the UR manager in his operational tasks and responsibilities.
