Description |
MABS started Meshed Mongolia as founder and investor with another partner with the aim to offer recruitment, networking and training solutions to Mongolian and foreign companies in Mongolia. As director Training and Development MABS developed three tailor-made management development programs for lower and middle management. The program was supported by the Sky Drinks which is until the present day the largest networking event in Mongolia.

Approach |
The management development program consisted of three parts: knowledge development, skills practice and personal development. For the knowledge development part MABS/Meshed Mongolia partnered with the School for Finance and Economics and the National University of Mongolia, supported by guest lecturers from various international and local organisations. The skills practice was aimed at developing management skills such as sales and negotiation techniques, communication and meeting skills, giving and receiving feedback and team building. For personal development the participants were grouped in intervision-groups, received personal coaching based on an personal development plan, and practiced and built their networking skills at the Sky Drinks networking event.

Results |
– Three management development program developed, implemented and conducted;
– Created the largest networking event in Mongolia; – Realised several other training programs ranging from marketing and sales training, management skills training to personal coaching and mentoring.
