Description |
During the late 1990’s ING initiated the ING Direct program to develop online banking and insurance services. MABS was hired to organise the project support office. The project bureau consisted of 5 employees who were responsible for all planning, budget, quality control, staffing, information and communication of the program. This included the coordination and drafting of all project and program reports towards the external stakeholders.
